Sinema became an Independent because it was her calculation she couldn't get re-elected as a Dem. Why? Because only 18% of AZ Dems think favorably of her. She's not embracing the radical, anti-American, anti-democratic Repubs. The party populated by white supremacists, violent extremists, bigots, homophobes, racists, and those who admire authoritarians.
