The pedo/beasitality rule is a USMB rule. It has nothing to do with advertisers. I think you've confused it with the word filter, which is a very short list of words that advertisers frown upon.

Racism is another topic entirely. Topics that are overtly racist belong downstairs, which non-members can't see or read. New members can't just "go" to that area until they have the requirements posted in the rules.
