I awoke in the middle of the night and had the urge to share these.sentimemts I received. Whether in places where war is raining down or in locations of relative peace, may we all pray for G-d to defend the innocent. In a world where too much injustice prevails, especially in times of war, may tbe good L-rd limit and even deny the injustice through his almighty power. Thank you for your time and/or any prayers.

when has god ever protected the innocent?

And yet, often times he does not. (protect the innocent)
God's ways are not always comprehensible to humans. But let's be real... the bad is often vastly overstated. Some people frequently think that the evils in the world are more numerous than the good things, that just isn't the case.

Unable to put the letter "o" in your post on a mythical deity?

It is a Jewish tradition that demonstrates respect for the Almighty.

shockedcanadian's mind is plagued by an indescribable level of mental confusion.

He advocates for absolute racial equality in Canada, even to the extent of destroying his country's Anglo-French majority, while simultaneously supporting a jewish racial dictatorship in Palestine that is the exact opposite of all the things he upholds in Canada.

But his conflicting, contradictory political views are irrelevant to this discussion... Let's be considerate of other people's faith...

Sure, all those kids with cancer are just overstating their condition. Those winey little bald shits should just STFU and toughen up.

When have the innocent ever needed protection from God? Which changes the question to, Why doesn't humanity protect the innocent?
Lots of examples in the Bible where children needed protection from god's wrath. You might add a question, but it doesn't replace or eliminate the original question, no matter how much you want it to.

Who/what caused God's wrath? ding often makes the point with his question of do all behaviors have the same result. Much of this life is learning that our words and actions have consequences. Much of this life is learning that physical life has limitations in strength and health. No one was born wrapped up in cotton batting with instructions to keep each life in a concrete cube so nothing bad would happen to it.

This world is filled with people whose behaviors are going to bring about consequences that will affect my life, my being. That's because God didn't create hermitages for each of us, either. We are here to learn. And to have fun. Being all alone, wrapped in cotton batting and placed in a cement cube isn't anyone's idea of fun. Not for long. I'll accept the challenges and dangers inherent in existing in a physical body.

Several places here god wiped out the children. So what did all those children do to deserve the consequence of death? Either it was something really bad, or the god that killed them is petty and mean.

What was going on that served God's purpose to remove children from the physical realm?

You might as well blame God for death too, right? What did you tell people about that when you were a deacon?
