Of course they are guaranteeing collapse...That is what "they" want. The guys who invented the euro bought in an imaginary, fiat currency at 86 cents in 2000 and sold it to the suckers up to 1.46 US. They made billions or trillions. Now as the euro decreases they will dump their euros and score again. But, what the hell does it matter anyway? This is a game only the rich play. Most of us do our hustle each day, pay the bill as best we can, and survive hour at a time. Se la vie!
