It's not just Kiev - Shit is getting blown up all over Ukraine.
This 'used to be' a civilian administration building in the city of Kherson, then it became a military command posts for the southern front -
And Russia can do this shit over and over in any part of Ukraine they wish DESPITE all the western air defense systems that were given to the Ukrainian regime.
Imagine if the government stole your money to sponsor some 130-pound underweight UFC fighter, forced him into the ring with a heavyweight, and the media spent years pumping out propaganda about how he was going to dominate the bigger guy any day now.
Meanwhile, every round he gets battered, and the answer is always "we just need to fund him a little more." At some point, you stop caring about the narrative and start wondering why your wallet is being emptied to drag out a fight this guy cannot win.
It is sad that civilians are dying on both sides. But when Ukraine strikes deep into Russian territory, it should not be shocking that Russia strikes back just as deep. That is how wars continually escalate, whether you think it all started with Russia's invasion or not.
Actions have consequences. If you are going to cheer for hitting inside Russia, do not clutch pearls when Russia responds in kind.
