I have no idea. I am not opining on his previous charges, just noting that criminal law related to minors is usually weird. Additionally, they are usually sealed, so what is known is probably limited.

As noted, I have no idea. I assume everyone on a NYC subway is crazy and would not go on one. Subways scare me for a lot of reasons.
