In a statement of facts, Amtrak Police Sergeant Robert Underwood said he heard a noise like Pichon was coughing up mucus, and then saw him spit saliva and mucus at the two National Guardsmen.

Maybe Maryland won't do anything to him because "**** Trump," but if he was actually convicted he could be disbarred.
