That is one of three solutions that I can support. Number 1 would be separate male (xy) and female (xx) sports. Number 2 would be three leagues--male (xy), female (xx) and trans (??). Number three would be one sport for all athletes regardless of sexual orientation. I think the most fair would be number 2.
