A video of a kick boxing match with a legend in the sport ''The Jet'' defending his title with commentator Chuck Norris.
Some don't but I include wrestling as a martial art as well so any post on techniques and sports involved in self defense is welcome.
As for myself submission wrestling and kickboxing are what I have learned and used in self defense and just rough housing with relatives and friends. Include dirty and down redneck fighting in my skills.

I remember when the sport took off, remember Royce Gracie and Ken Shamrock?

That was early 90's, after that I lost interest and never followed it or paid much attention to it. The Gracie family were the masters of the mat, their own style of Jiu Jitsu became very popular
