There are many ways to punish and get rid of Fani Willis. Lets see which one is most likely...

1. Fani Steps away (recuses) herself from the case.
2. Impeach Fani Willis.
3. Oversight Commission removes Fani Willis.
4. State Law Bar Steps in and removes Fani Willis.

A Fulton County commissioner, Republican Bob Ellis, sent Willis a letter Friday demanding information on how she spent county money and “whether any payments of county funds to Mr. Wade were converted to your personal gain in the form of subsidized travel or other gifts.”
Republican state Sen. Greg Dolezal of Cumming on Monday proposed a special Senate committee to investigate Willis, saying a “thorough and impartial examination” would “ensure transparency, accountability and the preservation of the integrity of our justice system.” Dolezal’s proposed resolution suggests legal or budget changes could follow any inquiry.

The best thing she could do is step away from the case. If she goes her lover (Mr. Wade) goes and then her team are all out the door.

If you come after a public figure ... at least make sure your own skeletons are pretty far back in your closet.

This will spread this case out way past the election and although President Trump can't pardon himself in a state case no one thinks Georgia will prosecute a sitting president....

Legal analyst Elie Honig warned on Friday that Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis' response to a divorce subpoena is "very improper" amid allegations she had an affair with a special prosecutor in her office who she hired to investigate Donald Trump in his Georgia election interference case.

This affair is a "distraction" at the very least and at most, they should move to dismiss. Stay tuned for the divorce documents are about to be released and you will see all the receipts /expenses for hotels and the soon to be ex wife showing the court the credit card statements. :)

"The sex was no good last night!" I need more money to keep sleeping with you girl!"

Fani Willis will immediately strike back with more racist attacks. DBCCP Dem’s take on claims of racism earlier this week.
As the Supreme Court has observed:
“But rarely have courts encountered such prejudicial public statements by a prosecutor, ones which poisons prospective jurors by injecting racial animus into a case. It’s not a stretch to argue that Willis’s statements would deprive the defendants’ of their Constitutional rights to due process and to a fair trial. The accused, after all, “is entitled to be tried by a panel of impartial, indifferent jurors.”¹

Few, if any, interests under the Constitution are more fundamental than the right to a fair trial by “impartial” jurors, and an outcome affected by extrajudicial statements would violate that fundamental right.²
We hope the defendants elaborate on the points we raise. Trump’s motion focuses on ethical violations - but there are strong Constitutional arguments that need to be presented to the court. Even if the Judge declines to dismiss, he might agree with a change of venue. And that would be a huge victory for the defense.”
Good move and let’s hope it has teeth in it....More of these actions need to be taken for the same reason.

I';; bet you money that exactly NONE of those happen. I'll bet you even more money that Donald Trump gets convicted by the state of Georgia and sentenced to time behind bars.

The motion filed by defendant Michael Roman seeks primarily to do just that – to disqualify Willis and Wade from further participation in this case. Under Georgia law, however, even if all the factual allegations regarding Willis and Wade were true, there would be no basis for disqualifying them from prosecuting Roman or any of the other defendants in the election conspiracy case.

The key point is that regardless of whether the factual circumstances involving Willis and Wade give rise to separate ethical concerns with respect to his hiring, such questions do not affect the propriety of the prosecution against Roman and his co-defendants. Questions about gifts and related matters go to Willis’s and Wade’s obligations to the Fulton County District Attorney’s office, and have no connection to assuring the defendants a fair trial. These allegations are as irrelevant to the trial as allegations in other situations that prosecutors took office supplies for personal use, drove county vehicles for personal errands, or plagiarized portions of their student law review notes. All of those are legitimate issues—for prosecutors’ offices and those with oversight responsibilities to address—but such allegations do not bring criminal prosecutions to a stop or require that cases be transferred to a different office. Defense attorneys cannot use allegations of prosecutorial ethics violations, real or imaginary, that have nothing to do with a trial to delay or force prosecutors off of a case.

As a matter of both common sense and Georgia law, a prosecutor is disqualified from a case due to a “conflict of interest” only when the prosecutor’s conflicting loyalties could prejudice the defendant leading, for example, to an improper conviction. None of the factual allegations made in the Roman motion have a basis in law for the idea that such prejudice could exist here – as it might where a law enforcement agent is involved with a witness, or a defense lawyer with a judge. We might question Willis’s judgment in hiring Wade and the pair’s other alleged conduct, but under Georgia law that relationship and their alleged behavior do not impact her or his ability to continue on the case.

We'll have to wait to see if the judge follows GA law. If he is a Repub appointee no doubt he will not.

Fani Willis lied under oath. She said the affair began after she hired him. Associates said their affair has been going on since 2019!

LIAR PANTS ON FIRE! :)

Fani Willis has been taken off of the Trump case. He did nothing illegal.
