Mangione trial judge, some questions.

Looks like she has ties, and a lot of them to the pharma cartel. I know that when I was on jury duty the prosecutor and defense got to canvas the jury pool to question them if they had feelings or dealings with the case, and after that the judge usually asks some more, and juries are selected by striking a limited number of times. I don't think Judges are queried about that, they are supposed to recuse themselves if appropriate. I think he is charged with terrorism and am not sure why he is not in gitmo. This case is very peculiar. How is that not a conflict of interest? New judge needs to preside over the case
 
Good luck finding a random jury to convict him.

Most likely the jury will be stocked with Covid profiteers....

I don't understand the terrorism charge. Mangione shot the guy he wanted to shoot and nobody else. He didn't terrify the larger public.
