It would only be a pipe dream if this was to happen in the USA, it is most definatly in another country.

The ignorance and hate of the authoritarian right is remarkable.

Involuntary, forced sterilization is thankfully illegal and un-Constitutional in the United States.

It's clearly a violation of the 8th Amendment. How is the 8th Amendment interpreted in the UK? (trick question) there is no 8th Amendment or 1st Amendment or 2nd Amendment in the UK. That's what makes the United States the greatest Country in the world.
