I don't know if this is legit or not but it could be a game changer.

LOL....Watch states pass laws to prevent it.

Then again I sold my first home by just paying for a listing in WaPo....It sold in less than a week! Of course it helped that the wife was a paralegal and had good contacts with a title company.
