This is the type of individual unqualified to carry a single-shot .22 rifle, and he has an AR15?

In a country this size, you can find people who want a lot of things that will never happen. The comparatively few who want that don't, and never will have the slightest chance of doing it. Unfortunately, a lot of people are easily scared.
