It was the criminal's attitude that sunk him to a felony. If he didn't purposely give the impression he had a weapon after he was approached for shoplifting, he wouldn't be looking at a future on a Texas chain gang

and trying to kill some one with pop tart. that could put an eye out. goodness.
 

well; how nice. this shop lifter got caught. through a pop tart and the employee. and now is in jail on a felony. craziness.

The fellow should probably remember to bring his paperwork- the other cons are going to have a hard time believing it.
 
It will be interesting to see what this gets plead down to.
 
The pop-tart assault is funny but the charges stem from felony shoplifting.
 
Was he holding a toaster pointed right at the guy? If so, big toaster industry is in for one hell of a lawsuit.
