Man arrested for throwing a Subway sandwich at a federal agent in DC

Cheap ass leftists.

If you threw Jersey Mike's, Quiznos or Jimmy John's you might have got off with a warning.

But Subway??? Just...damn. smh.
Don't forget about the Firehouse Subs place.

God bless you always!!!

Holly

P.S. I've only been there once. To me, their food is overpriced, but my city still has one Firehouse Subs location.

He will be charged with a felony

Lets see how he likes that

Well.....I hope he thinks it was worth it.......now his life is going to be wrecked......There is a new sheriff in town, and he won't be facing a democrat party prosecutor who would have simply dropped the charges.............

As Flip Wilson used to sing on his show, Here comes the Judge and he's feeling fine, everybody here is going to do some time....

"DOJ fires sandwich thrower after he’s charged with assaulting officer in Washington, DC

The man facing a felony federal assault charge for allegedly chucking a Subway sandwich at a U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent in Washington, D.C., was an employee at the Department of Justice, Attorney General Pam Bondi said Thursday.

The man, identified in court documents as Sean Charles Dunn, has been fired, she said.

Dunn worked in the international affairs section of the criminal division of the DOJ. The department this week deployed hundreds of federal agents to D.C. as Trump federalized the city’s police force to address what he says is rampant crime in the capital.

“I just learned that this defendant worked at the Department of Justice — NO LONGER,” Bondi said in an X post."

From the video I saw he looked queer as well as being stupid

He will have a rough time in prison if Bondi can make the charges stick

10 years sounds about right for sandwich flinging.
Legal experts mostly agree that it was not s felony which carries 1-10 years in prison

And if its a misdemeanor thats under one year and s finr, which sounds about tight to me

But he is fired from the DOJ
