Mamdani Announces What One of His First Initiatives As Mayor Will Be - It's a Preview of Things to Come

So basically turn NY into a zoo. With a side of an amusement park to watch the local animals.

Basically, yes. And When Donald Trump has finished his term, he can go back into show business. Maybe create a new television show, a cross between "The Apprentice" and Mutual of Omaha's "Wild Kingdom", an iconic American nature documentary series.

I'm so full of good ideas tonight. :04:

Nothing like springtime in New York with the smell of feces and urine on city streets wafting through the air.

Gee, I bet you used to work in New York City as a Tourism Promoter, right?!

What can I say? Socialism ain't cheap. :04:
If it was true socialism, he'd take over the wealthy suburbs and house people in those big mansions.

I wonder how long it would take for the hit-man hot-line to overload with inquiries?

You can get that in Portland, San Francisco, or Seattle.

No need to travel to another ****hole to find it, if that's what you are looking for.

Oh, hell no. But I did make the mistake of visiting a college friend who lived in NYC two summers ago. Between garbage bags torn open by rats and homeless camps with sidewalks as sewers, the smell from the 90degree temperatures made me ready to vomit.

Yes.

I visited Boston and New York City in the same week.

Boston was a great city. Much smaller, but the downtown area was pretty good.

I recall walking past manhole covers in NYC and having the urge to puke.

Everything smelled like ****.

Then I walked by an off-broadway theatre where they were advertising "Vampire Lesbians of Sodom". Turns out it has been a pretty long running play.......it figures.

Hey, New York.
This is what you voted for, you ******* idiots.

If you think that Portland and Los Aneles have a homeless and drug problem, Just wait until Zorhan implements his Marxist ideology in New York. The houseless and drug addicts will crowd the city.

I suppose there’s a reason for maintaining homeless camps and the drugs for the mentally ill thst appeals to the left.

As predicted Nov, 2024 by me...Democrats will not change. They can't, it's who they are the filthy rats.

15th post
We should relocate 500,000 illegals to NY City for processing. :muahaha:

Brilliant idea! Since NYC is a sanctuary city, all those illegals ICE is arresting should be put on buses and dropped off there. Just flood the whole ******* place with illegals and watch how fast they'd be begging Trump to do something.

On Thursday, Mamdani announced that once he is sworn in as mayor, one of the first things he will roll back is the clearing of homeless encampments throughout the city. Mamdani said this of outgoing Mayor Adams' policy:
Funny how democrats fight for the rights of the homeless to be homeless.

Until this country reverses its course on involuntary commitment to mental institutions and providing the appropriate resources for it this is going to be a problem.

That's a fair point.
It's a very slippery path but we simply have to allow involuntary mental institution commitments or this problem will be with us forever. It needs to be done very carefully and respectfully ... but it needs to be done.
