Witnesses really do not concur with the Police version.........or whose version is it?
"The owner of Smash Masters, Jessica Thompson, said she was pulling into the restaurant moments before the crash and stayed on scene until officers arrived. She believes these accusations could not be further from the truth.
“I was in pure shock. I couldn’t believe the charges,” Thompson said. “When we pulled up, there were two people on the ground and Austin was instructing them not to leave. One got away before cops came.”
“We never saw a gun. I never saw him hit them with a gun,” said Thompson. “The only thing I saw him do was come up to them and take them by the shoulder and tell them to get back on the ground, because those individuals were trying to leave the scene.”"
Any updates? I've looked and can't find any.
