This poll was not part of the survey I mean it is right there, Gallup oversamples Black and Hispanic adults for the JUNE GPSS survey. GPSS surveys happen once a month with rotating topics. The June topic is Minority Rights and Relations. Of course they are going to oversample minorities. The OP poll was conducted in July, it is not part of the GPSS surveys system.
