Most, if not all, prosperous countries are experiencing a negative birth rate. China and Japan are the first to be experiencing the economic consequences of the problem.

No amount of attempts to raise birth rates in any of these countries, including ours, have been successful.

The only answer, therefore, is immigration.

We badly need to reform our immigration system.
