Our public isn't the Philippines that is having its TB aid cut maybe eventually depending on the injunction and court case and what Congress does if they take it up. To be honest, I don't know why a youtuber was being given $85M to spearhead the efforts in the Philippines. Seems like something maybe a proper organization should have been taking care of.
