They are both full of shit. There is no way the Europeans can "establish" a Palestinian state, whatever that means. They tried that in the 1990's; they picked a gang of terrorists, gave them all the money they wanted and declared them the legitimate government of "Palestine" but the Palestinians passed on having a state of their own in favor of trying to destroy the state of Israel, and that is still the case. Sometimes it seems you have to fail and IQ test to become eligible for public office in Europe.
