"Luigi Mangione indicted on federal charges for CEO killing

One of the charges makes him eligible for the death penalty if convicted.

A federal grand jury in New York on Thursday returned a four-count indictment against alleged CEO killer Luigi Mangione that charges him with two counts of stalking, firearms offense and murder through the use of a firearm, a charge that makes him eligible for the death penalty if convicted.

Mangione is charged with stalking United Healthcare chief Brian Thompson outside the Hilton in Midtown Manhattan and then shooting him to death on Dec. 4, 2024.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has already signaled her intention to pursue the death penalty, which his lawyers are actively trying to stop."

Leftists love this terrorist murder. Hopefully, if he is found guilty, the Trump admin executes him quickly.

Ah, Trump forgets the first rule about Texas Murder cases.

"Did the sumbitch need killing."

It's hard to get the death penalty if your victim is a reprehensible human being.

Trump is pissed that Biden pardoned almost all federal death row prisoners.

He wants more men to execute before he leaves office

One thing I break with Republicans on is the death penalty. It doesn't make any sense to me that they hold life so dear being against abortion but then want to use the death penalty. However, as much as I am against the death penalty in just about all cases, this guy deserves it more than anyone I have ever seen. The guy is being held up as a hero by many on the left and he still believes himself to be a hero and I think it's important to show these people that this hero is going to die for his absolute and total cold bloodedness.

The psycho left will make him a martyr, which I don't think is a good idea for the rest of US.

I am not a supporter of the death penalty and I wish Bondi had settled on life in prison.

Someone doing their legal job is not fucking "reprehensible"

And you don't shoot people in the back.

You never really know what the chess game is. They may just be putting a whole lot of pressure on the guy to take a plea deal of life in prison without parole. The left would have him out in 10 years and they would all still think he was a hero, including himself.

Uh, sorry, refusing to pay someone's medical bills AFTER you've taken money from them in insurance IS reprehensible. Anyone who has had to fight with an insurance company to get them to do what they promised totally knows where Luigi was coming from.

Why not shoot them in the back? It's easier than shooting them in the front.

And you think government healthcare would be any better? LOLOLOLOLOLOL

It just shows how morally bankrupt you are that you can endorse something like this.

Ah, another cult member who thinks that Trump is playing four-dimensional chess.

Here's the problem. When you have a victim who is as reprehensible as Thompson, you always run the risk of Jury nullification.

Let's not forget OJ Simpson, who was guilty as a cat in a goldfish bowl, but got acquitted because people wanted to send a big fuck you to the LAPD.

Most of the industrialized world has government healthcare. They live longer, they have lower infant mortality rates, and 62% of bankruptcies aren't linked to a medical crisis.

Thompson made thousands of lives miserable for greater profit. Outside of the Greed is Good party, there's just not a lot of sympathy for him.

And most of that world is dying off because the people who created it aren't having kids.

Again, you are a fucking miserable bastard for advocating shit like this. And a coward because you won't do it yourself.

Die. Die alone. Die miserable.

So are we.. What's your point?

Again, you are a fucking miserable bastard for advocating shit like this. And a coward because you won't do it yourself.

I don't advocate it. I'm just not upset it happened.

Die. Die alone. Die miserable.
Sorry, guy, I'm happily married. You seem to be a miserable fuck.

Bullshit. you do the passive aggressive thing and clap when some innocent man gets murdered.

You are the one pointing out Europe.

Meanwhile the rich get around the wait lists by coming HERE to get their treatments done.

So you know all the details of how he was treated by the insurance company? The sucker is rich! He doesn't need insurance to pay his medical bills.

Thompson wasn't innocent. He killed thousands of people for greater profit.

I'm pointing out they are doing it right. We have it wrong.

Meanwhile the rich get around the wait lists by coming HERE to get their treatments done.
You are like the guy who sits outside a fancy restaurant that won't seat you, licking the glass.

If a rich European can get the latest treatment that United Health Care has ruled I can't get because it's "elective" or "expiramental" after I've paid them boo-koo bucks for a premium, then that's fucked up.
