LTE in Europe: How many Gigs for your Cash?

How many Gigs do you get with your iPhone adhesion contract? Isn´t it such a little bit that you are fully depended on your home´s W-LAN? I get 5 GB of LTE Internet for 20 bucks (prepaid) with the option to get more. Very good offer in my country. Of course, an iPhone was not attached. I don´t need an iPhone, anyway.
