A show that REALLY pissed me off with girl power was The Vikings.
Great show - till they completely fucked it all up, they killed off the best person on the show.
Then systematically replaced every male leader with a woman. Yeah - like the Vikings had female leaders!!
I let it go when they had female warriors - spoiler alert - no the Vikings did not have women fighting in battles, women warriors were prevalent in Viking mythology, but not in reality.
Anyway - but to replace Viking Kings with women was over the top stupid.

I let it go, it is a part of Viking mythology, even though historians know that is super unlikely to have ever happened. So the females fighting with the men, okay. Fine.
But then when one after another replaced all the male leaders with women leading the charge into battle with the men behind her - we stopped watching the show.
