The problem is that those tax dollars are not spent on infrastructure projects that kick start the economy. The stimulus could have worked... it didn't... for precisely that reason. The money was thrown at pet projects and billions of dollars were literally thrown away. It added no real value to the economy. We cannot afford to do that again. It absolutely does make a difference where that money comes from... if it comes at the price of debt, then that debt defeats the benefit of spending it.... The American taxpayer is not a bottomless pit of money. Your grandchildren will despise you for your greed.

The funds were spent to grow Government bureaucracy and embellish the pockets of Obama's friends including the Unions.
