You do however have to add a slide-fire stock. Some people call them a "bump-fire" stock.
Anyway, the AR-15 doesn't come with one of these stocks, a person would need to purchase one extra.

Not the current version of the M-16's they only have semi-auto and 2 round burst. The versions that can fire on full auto would turn the barrel into a banana shaped paper weight if you tried to fire 700 rds on full auto.
