I don't know... but the cost is enough to matter, I suppose. The difference in price can be what determines being able to afford a gallon of milk AND light bulbs then that may be what sways buyers. It doesn't seem logical for us to cut back on game systems and all the games we need or the satellite and cable channels that keep us up at night... AND it seems completely illogical to buy a bag of beans to cook one or two nights a week instead of eating out in the public domain of a restaurant 20 miles down the road more often than not. Yep... it DOES seem LOGICAL to spend a few less pennies on a light bulb that will help us to also afford a gallon of milk in the same trip to the store that we stop and buy our smokes and beer quota for the evening, as well. I suppose the sarcasm may be confusing.
