The pic in the OP is pretty horrifying. Is it even legal for an adult man (regardless of religion or nationality) to put his mouth on a baby boy's private area (or baby girl's, for that matter)? From where I'm from that's grounds for some pretty serious prison time or a good, back ally beating. Yikes!!!
