Sorry, but America has a massive debt that needs to be addressed while global leaders drink wine and play the piano on a yacht somewhere. This Accord was a fraud. Let them go forward with it, and have someone else fund it, like maybe China. Yeah, that's an idea! Let China be a leader, they can start by sending billions to other nations as they wanted America to.
