Lindsey Graham, who couldn't charm his way into contention in a crowded GOP primary race and dropped out a few weeks ago, is back in New Hampshire to help another struggling candidate make his own closing argument. Fewer than 40 people showed up to greet Jeb Bush, with Graham in tow, at a VFW hall here Wednesday afternoo.
