Will it add additional years to my life expectancy?

These are the issues I ponder some nights.

Lol, these are average lifespans you are calculating on. The men's average life span differ because we lead much riskier lives. Lead a low risk life and take care of yourself is the only way to up your odds. The odds don't bode well for old fellas that are single and alone. I don't sit and worry much about such things I still like to take some risks and survive. I flew my mission. I have kids and grandchildren running around. If today is my last day it is really not that big of deal. Billions have gone to the next place. Can't be all that bad.

You're still a guy no matter what is done to your body. If anything, that surgery could take even more days off of your life, especially if things do not go the way that they are supposed to and so why even bother?

God bless you always!!!
