Libtard Finally Admits to Raping A Child...Then Declares The Matter Is OVER...Because He Says So.

Not that puberty has anything to do with being an "adult" or the ability to make decisions. Some kids start puberty as young as 9 years old and then there are instances of precocious puberty which can start in even toddlers. I didn't suddenly feel grown up or have any adult decision making skills magically overnight after I started my period!

Except this girl and her mom made the decision to go to a wild hollywood party where drugs and sex were happening.

So obviously, they did.

In the girl's statements, which are EVIDENCE in this case, she testified that she told him NO numerous times.
That was the trial which is long over. What she said or didn't say has no bearing at all.

His guilt or innocence in the original case has EVERYTHING to do with it. I say he is guilty of child molestation in the 1st degree.
And so he was found guilty. Get it. There was a trial and he was found guilty. Now it's time to sentence him.

It is so tempting to treat this matter as one in which he evaded trial. It isn't.

So moron Joe . . . should 13-year-olds be able to vote, drive, drink and do every other "adult thing" as well? This is mind numbingly stupid that someone should make such an argument to defend child molestation.

Look, I am having a discussion about the case. Feel free to talk about his evasion charges.

Well, you bring up an interesting point. An 18 year old is an "adult". He can serve in the military and vote, but he can't legally drink until he's 21.

The thing is, if she had sex with another 13 year old, neither one of them would be in trouble. But if you boost her age to 15 and his age to 18, he's guilty of statutory rape.

And it gets crazier... if you go over one state line from CA to NV, the age of consent drops from 18 to 16!!! All you have to do is cross an imaginary line!

Doesn't matter if someone thinks a 13 year old girl can or not, the law says they can't, and the science says most can not.

Except, again, we prosecute 13 years olds as adults all the time.

Two 13-Year-Old Girls Are Being Tried As Adults. Here's Why That Matters. | HuffPost

Do you have any idea how often we prosecute 13 year-olds as adults?

Also how about you check the numbers and see how often those 13 year-olds that are prosecuted as adults turn out to be Black.

Do you know the reason why the drinking age in the U.S. is 21?

That wasn't the question.

That wasn't the question.

Well, yeah, it was. You asked if we should let minors do adult things, and the answer is, we already do.

You can sign up for the military at 17 if your parents sign off on it.

17 is not 13 and we don't allow them to vote, drink, sign contracts, etc., etc., etc.. Now answer the question and stop deflecting to defend your scuzzy Hollyweird child molester, who convinced this mother and daughter that he was going to do a photo shoot, plied a young child with alcohol and drugs and then raped her. Other women are now coming forward and saying he did the same to them when they were young girls.

Do you have any idea how often we prosecute 13 year-olds as adults?

Yes, too often.

Also how about you check the numbers and see how often those 13 year-olds that are prosecuted as adults turn out to be Black.

And that's what makes it WORSE!

Too often? Can you post some statistics to back that up? The only kids that are eligible for a judge to place a waiver to release them to adult trials is homicide and murder.

And yes, I think the fact that a huge portion of those this happens to is Black, is a good sign of how much inequality there is in the criminal justice system.

The entire issue is the evasion. It's why he has not returned to the US. You are thrashing around proving him guilty when he was already found guilty. The case is long over.

Do you know the reason why the drinking age in the U.S. is 21?

Yes. Doesn't make it okay.

Also largely ignored by 18 year olds. Kind of like the age of consent laws.

But let's get this octogenarian for something that happened 40 years ago!

You don't think that trying to help prevent problems to still developing brains is bad? Sure kids drink from time to time, but does that mean we should say "fuck it" to the laws?

Yes, the 80-year-olds are probably even worse of perverts than they were as young men when they could actually get some and maybe had some standards.
