Research into how to reduce crime in cities.

Look at London in the run up to the 2012 Olympics, they saw a huge reduction in crime. Well, that was the left wing government's doing, so I guess Trump and the right wouldn't like seeing things like youth sport, youth activities, better education, better policing.
