Actually, no you do not Melissa Harris-Perry. No such "rights" exist in the United States Constitution. It never has.

It's astounding that actual rights (arms, religion, speech, etc.) liberals desperately want to ban, while at the same time they arbitrarily want to make up rights that don't exist (such as healthcare, housing, and food).
