Honestly.

If you want asylum you go to a border entry for that purpose and apply. We are a good country we will listen to you. What incredibly stoopid libs are saying is you can jump the border illegally, hope for the best, then when you get caught say you are applying for asylum from your chithole dictator and are oppressed. How stupid can you get? You lost your chance to apply for asylum.

This obliterates all TV talking heads and retard congress idiots who blab on about due process. Yes due process is your asylum process once you follow the rules. If you have jumped the border your due process is a plane ride back where the **** you came from. You cannot storm the fence past border guards then yell "asylum!" when your safe house is SWATTED the next morning.

Now we can stop arguing about this, stop being at each others throats, and start figuring out how we are going to stop the Real ID electronic ankle bracelet they are fixing to put on all of us. There is not another word to say about so-called "migrants."

This https://www.unhcr.org/about-unhcr/overview/1951-refugee-convention and the 1967 Protocol to it, to which the US is signatory is the supreme law of the land in the US. It directly contradicts your wishful maunderings. Not to worry, I'm sure you're not at home to Mr Reality.

What rights do refugees have under the 1951 Convention?
The cornerstone of the 1951 Convention is the principle of non-refoulement contained in Article 33. According to this principle, a refugee should not be returned to a country where they face serious threats to their life or freedom.
Other rights contained in the 1951 Convention include:
  • The right not to be expelled, except under certain, strictly defined conditions (Article 32)
  • The right not to be punished for irregular entry into the territory of a contracting State (Article 31)
  • The right to non-discrimination (Articles 3 and 5)
  • The right to decent work (Articles 17 to 19 and 24)
  • The right to housing, land and property, including intellectual property (Articles 13, 14 and 21)
  • The right to education (Article 22)
  • The right to freedom of religion (Article 4)
  • The right to access to justice (Article 16)
  • The right to freedom of movement within the territory (Article 26 and Article 31 (2))
  • The right to be issued civil, identity and travel documents (Articles 12, 27 and 28)
  • The right to social protection (Articles 23 and 24 (2-4)).

Cool story, but these are illegal aliens who entered illegally, not refugees.
They can **** off back home.

That is your narrow definition... It is not the universal definition...

Also, everyone get due process, not just US Citizens...

Let me give you an example... You get arrested by ICE and you have no form ID on you... You exercise your rights and ask for a lawyer and refuse to say anything else... They say you are not a US citizen and get no due process, and then deport you to El Salvador... Trump Admin has already said they can't get you back...

Now you want to give that power to a Democratic President when they get in?

"The right not to be expelled, except under certain, strictly defined conditions"
Yes, conditions like you jumped the border.
No, that's specifically not a condition. Can you not read?

Yes, conditions like you jumped the border.
That don't count...

When leaving a country they might be refused exit by the source country...

You can't retro actively make up laws about seeking asylum.

The law states:
Is There a Deadline for Asylum Applications? A person generally must apply for asylum within one year of their most recent arrival in the United States

You can't say I am changing law..
This was taken from a class action lawsuit.

I know you think you can just dream up law in your head and make it so... Sorry but that isn't the way it works despite what Fox News tells you...

BTW, All these laws Trump is ignoring and pushing is just a doorway that a Democratic President can use in future.. Trump has signed just 5 bills in a 100 days and 143 EOs...
A Democratic President will put those Eos in the bin on day one... Bills are the hard thing to change... Trump Admin is dead duck legislatively...
