Let’s take a look at how Minnesota media is reporting today’s arrest of a man facing first-degree drug charges for possessing over 50 pounds of meth—

No conditions for release by the Federal judge.

5. Respondents are directed to release Petitioner:

a. In Minnesota;

5 b. With all personal documents and belongings, such as his driver’s license, passport, other immigration documents, and cell phone;

c. Without any conditions on release, including but not limited to requiring Petitioner to sign an “Order of Release on Recognizance” or requiring Petitioner to enroll and complete an “Alternatives to Detention” program;

d. Without any tracking devices or use of a tracking application; and

…. 8. Within thirty (30) days of final judgment in this action, Petitioner may move to recover attorneys’ fees and costs under the Equal Access to Justice Act.

You mean, rather than face state charges on 57 pounds of Meth, he was found with, ICE and Border Patrol want to deport him instead, just to have a number? I can understand the state not wanting him removed from the state, as all local ICE detainees are. I cannot understand the terms of the release:
Without any conditions on release, including but not limited to requiring Petitioner to sign an “Order of Release on Recognizance” or requiring Petitioner to enroll and complete an “Alternatives to Detention” program; d. Without any tracking devices or use of a tracking application; and e. With all clothing and outerwear he was wearing at the time of detention, or other proper winter attire. 6. Respondents shall provide reasonable advance notice to counsel to arrange for a safe release of Petitioner.

Minority guy rapes white woman

Woke Media: "BLACK MAN ARRESTED AND ABUSED BY POLICE, WHITE WOMAN ALLOWED TO LEAVE SCENE"

DO you honestly think this guy would have ever come back to court? In Minn. you get 30 years and $1 million in fines for 25 grams. This scumbag had 57 POUNDS

Hmm...., 57lbs., of methamphetamine worth between $1 to 2 million on the street and the judge didn't call for at least the same numbers for bail?
Obviously this wasn't his first rodeo, and has a record longer than my arm.
Guess the judge will get his cut from the profits by letting him free.

You don't get 50 pounds of meth unless you're a high ranking gang member.

These "judges" are completely nuts.

Yet he was let free by a state judge.

Where is it stated he even got bail? What is his record? Nowhere does it state he was to go free. Unless of course ICE simply deported him.

No he wasn't. You have been trained to lie.

57 pounds of meth?

He shouldn't have walked out of that courtroom.

You think if Hillary was arrested with 57 pounds of meth she'd make bail?

He never got to the courtroom. ICE took him.

What bail?
