Who can forget this gleeful, but inaccurate, attempt to embarrass a pool reporter who asked how many of those immigrants already rounded up were criminals.
The problem being, she was wrong. Or she lied, depending on one's perspective. Lying being something she is not unfamiliar with.

I only bring it up because the board's trump devotees were so happy with Leavitt's response. Her boss was no doubt pleased as well. But if anyone should understand the difference between a civil infraction and a crime it's Don since he's been charged with both.
