She campaigned in 2018 boasting she would go after Trump.

The Dems and the MSM thought that wonderful.

Now, they act as if that never happened.

...
In her 2018 run for attorney general, she indicated that bankrupting Trump would be one her top priorities.
“I’ve got my eyes on Trump Tower,” she smirked during her campaign.
“We need to focus on Donald Trump, we need to follow his money,” she said.
And: “I look forward to going into the office of attorney general, every day, suing him, and then going home.”
The very night James won, she announced she would “be shining a bright light into every dark corner of his real estate dealings, and every dealing, demanding truthfulness at every turn.”
And that’s exactly what she did.
Based on no complaint or hint of injury to anyone, James used the power of her office to dig through years of Trump Organization business records.
She ginned up a case alleging that Trump inflated the value of assets he used as collateral for loans — even though his lender had been satisfied with the estimates, lent him the money and was repaid in full.
Her civil prosecution of Trump was entirely political and conducted under color of law.

This is unlikely to come to much, if anything.

Leticia James proved she could indict a ham sandwich in NYC.

Payback's a ***** and so is she.

If convicted of a felony, it is automatic disbarment in New York.
But like everything else that democrats disagree with, they'll nullify that. They did it in WA already. While membership in the bar is required, passing the bar exam is not and lawyers can be granted membership through apprenticeships and internships---basically a dumbing down of the legal profession for equity purposes. OR has done the same thing.

Republicans need to build a sophisticated Hollywood Style complex for the insurrectionist and all other trials.

A judge and jury found that the case was legally brought and Trump was guilty. No case was ginned up. You apparently believe that Trump is above the law. This case will collapse because she committe3d no crime.

Is she is convicted of felonies....will it be because of a sham trial? Like Trumps 34 felonies?

That was a real trial and Trump was properly convicted. She is not going to be convicted because every prosecutor knows there is no case. The only one who doesn't know is insta-=prosecutor Halligan. She is going to learn the hard way.

Wasn't that because Michael Cohen, began his repentance and confession campaign on his "fixer" duties for Trump in 2018, when he was arrested? So she vowed to pursue those alleged crimes leaked by Cohen in 2018 ...and they were not made up out of thin air ....all by her lonesome?

You are confusing the cases.

Trump got a trial by his peers and is a convicted criminal...

That was a real trial and Trump was properly convicted. She is not going to be convicted because every prosecutor knows there is no case. The only one who doesn't know is insta-=prosecutor Halligan. She is going to learn the hard way.
Not really The charges were to fit the narrative.
