2. What about Fort Meyers Florida, where they have to truck down? Well that would be, 3.45.

3. How about a place where it is kind of in the middle, how about NASHVILLE Tenn? Well, that would be 2.79.

Do any of you understand, that San Fran is almost 2 dollars OVER Nashville!

We import from Canada for the west coast but export to Canada on the East side.
