I did that. That's why I'm asking.
From what I can see, basically what they're calling "bias" is either that minorities are not being taught the same things, not being taught the same way or they're not being taught as rigorously.
If blacks are not being taught reading/writing or geometry in a way that they can understand what an SAT question is asking for then perhaps the cultural bias is with them.
