" Left Wing Mental Degenerates Undermining Reality Of Gangs "
* Anti-Racist Racist Socialists On The Hisbah Move *
The mental degenerate left wants to be able to promote its open borders invasion , its evil white supremacist conspiracies and mass shooting gun control fanaticism by binding the ability of lawmakers and public at large to identify and mitigate the actual nefarious actors .

As of 2011, the National Gang Intelligence Center found that American gangs were found to be responsible for "an average of 48% of violent crime in most jurisdictions and up to 90% in several others".[4] Major urban areas and their suburban surroundings experience the majority of gang activity, particularly gang-related violent crime.[4]
Gangs are known to engage in traditionally gang-related gambling, drug trafficking, and arms trafficking, white collar crime such as counterfeiting, identity theft, and fraud, and non-traditional activity of human trafficking and prostitution.[4]
In 1999, Hispanic Americans accounted for 47% of all U.S. gang members, African Americans for 34%, non-Hispanic whites for 13%, and Asians for 6%.

Gang data is important public safety information.
Far more Americans die at the hands of gang members than in acts of terror or mass shootings. Gang members account for a disproportionate share of crime and violence.
In 2017, the city of Portland, Ore., purged its gang database and halted the further collection of data on individual gang members. Other cities, from California to Illinois to New York, are facing calls to follow suit.
Law enforcement agencies throughout the United States maintain databases on gangs and gang members. At least 12 states have passed legislation pertaining to the development and use of gang databases, including how data should be gathered, stored and shared.
In 2012, the Department of Justice ended funding for the only validated national data source on gang activity, the National Youth Gang Survey.
Between the pullout of federal support for gang data and the growing movement to eliminate state- and city-level data, researchers and law enforcement now have less data on gangs. That makes it difficult to fact-check politicians who claim gang violence is rising, and who want to advance harsh immigration and crime control policies.

Is gang activity on the rise? A movement to abolish gang databases makes it hard to tell
Eliminating state- and city-level data on gang members leaves law enforcement with less data to help solve gang-related crimes and flag gang members who might benefit from social services.
