I think that this difference can be reduced to centralization and decentralization. This means that the right-wing society gives more power to the periphery, while the left-hand one pulls it toward the center. Many conclusions can be drawn from this principle. One of them is that the people in the left-wing society are degrading and the gap between the top and the bottom is widening. This happens because the lower classes do not have to make important decisions. As a result, negative selection takes place. In this case, the top also degenerates, because there is no competition and it is not "pressed" from below.
