Shirley to enrage the left, more of their precious, DIE politico-religious ideology being thrown in the trash heap.

The obsession with race and gender is a disease that leftists need treatment for.

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin announced Monday on social media that he is cutting multiple diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) programs, resulting in billions in taxpayer savings.

Good news. The EPA is the most leftist of the government agencies and needs to be cut down to size.

And while they’re at it, they need to dump the EPA Union. The last thing we need is to be paying $180,000 a year EACH for multiple union attorneys to force taxpayers to keep paying for incompetent staff.

Here is an interesting history of the EPA

Fascinating

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) does not have a typical origin story. Congress did not create it by enacting a statute; President Richard Nixon created it by presidential edict. Perhaps that explains why it's hard to reconcile what the EPA actually does with a robust theory of the federal government's role in environmental protection.

Nixon created the agency in response to a broad sense of environmental crisis in the nation (and a desire to gain partisan advantage). Apocalyptic tracts and sensationalized events, such as the infamous and poorly understood 1969 fire on the Cuyahoga River, fed fears that environmental problems were getting inexorably worse and federal intervention was necessary. Yet before Nixon reorganized the federal bureaucracy to create the EPA, key environmental trends were already improving.

Throughout the 1950s and 1960s, as demand for environmental protection increased, state and local governments adopted various protective measures. By 1966, every state had adopted water pollution legislation of some sort—and key water pollution measures were improving well before the EPA got into the game. Similarly, key indicators of urban air quality were improving before the EPA appeared.

So, if Nixon created it by edict then Trump can get rid of it by edict.

What am I missing here?

I suspect the dems and RINOs put in place a bunch of protection laws. They know a fountain of grift when they see one.

Both the Dept. of Education & EPA need to be 100% outright liquidated. Both of these bureaucracies long ago had became heavily polluted with the bastardized & perverted lefty ideology of "One World Without Borders" in pursuit of their fantasy of absolute power & control(P/C) over all of humanity. The less bureaucracies the less openings for the degenerate statist left power & control hounds.

The EPA operates on congressional STATUTES meaning the termination of the EPA would most certainly need congressional approval. At current taking into account the RINOS it's highly doubtful that the current congress could muster the votes to bump the EPA.

As can be seen in the below link the dangers of bureaucracies are the adaptation of "unrelated subjects" such as the "Endangered Species Act", the "Federal Food/Drug & Cosmetic Act", plus the "Food Quality Protection Act", none of the three being even remotely connected to the environment of our planet earth. The danger of adding "unrelated subjects" to a bureaucracy is that get enough unrelated subjects added to a bureaucracy & the particular bureaucracy replaces the government that created the bureaucracy in the first place.

Naw, that's your basic evangelical church.

What part of DEI needs funding?
Now that’s your basic ignorance. Your racist ideology requires someone to teach the ideology along with publications and material to present the ideology.

You really are that stupid.

You betcha. Once, the EPA tried to impose environment "expert" regulations on a guy stopping him from building his home on his property because of a mud puddle, whom they said could leech into the ground water and carry contaminants into the nearby river polluting the whole planet.

There was a case in California where a ditch on private property was classified as a “ navigable waterway”, thus under the jurisdiction of the EPA overlords.

No kid, I already explained that to you.

Pay attention next time.

No darlin’ I had to a’splain some basic facts to you. Teaching your racist politico-religious ideology requires money to pay for the preachers who promote your religious views.

DEI is just another attack on Americans by democrats in their goal to intentionally collapse America.

Democrats = traitors
