i was watching and thought it was a glitch... it is a station with a pro-American bent by the way

LOL. When I was in college I scored a TV with a toggle switch that did the exact same thing. Somebody said that they thought they used to make them for projection TV's or something. On friday and saturday nights when everybody was drinking, I would flip the switch just for the drunk reaction. I would, of course, pretend that it was right side up and they were just way too drunk to see straight.
