You provided a link to CNN, so you are apparently saying Ritter gets his information from CNN or other public sources, just as you or I do, so why cite him if that's all he's got to say?

There was also a story that Prigozhin is no longer permitted to recruit prisoners but that the Russian army will be allowed to.

It seems the Wagner group was doing the best fighting for Poootin. Of course...he will screw that up, like everything else he has botched.
