cops were not charged becasue the man had gun in arm when he ran and didnt comply with cops. not the family is suing saying dog bit him because of scratches on his arm. that thy threw fire cracker or somethin at the guy,. were is the proof of this>? that the cops laughed. and this was two years a go . now they sue? seems like money grab.
