The Department of Justice has allegedly attempted to thwart the release of 400 pages of documents on Hunter and Jim Biden's dealings with China, Russia, and Ukraine, says a lawyer seeking their release under the Freedom of Information Act.
Kevin Evans, a lawyer suing the DOJ, has contended that the agency did not comply with his FOIA request, but that it had admitted in court that the documents he sought existed and is now trying to deny that fact, according to the Daily Mail. Evans had sought documents addressing "any relationship, communication, gift(s), and/or remuneration in any form" between either Biden and the aforementioned countries.
The DOJ, he asserts, says it can "neither confirm nor deny" the existence of the 400 "potentially relevant" documents that he says they previously identified. The next hearing in the case is set for January.
The Biden family, in particular James and Hunter, have long faced scrutiny for allegedly trading off the family name to secure lucrative deals with foreign entities. Of particular note is first son Hunter's service on the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian gas company, despite his lack of experience in the industry.

The DOJ, and the FBI under their jurisdiction, are sitting on an ENORMOUS amount of data and information, that, if made known, would most probably cause an enormous realignment of much of the present executive, administrative and legislative branches of government, and very likely the judicial branch as well.
If ever proven that “Brandon” was beholden to and the puppet of the CCP, that would explain a lot, most of which is only suspected by any individual with more than casual acquaintance with the facts of the case, but a reality that is steadfastly denied by the “authorities”.
Then there's the dichotomy again, it all depends upon the target. A Liberal ideologically tainted judge decides that Tax returns of a defendant be allowed to be perused by Congress and are leaked in an attempt to smear the accused. Well, that's okay he is a Republican.
It's law versus lawlessness. It's the U.S. citizens against the powerful political machine of the Maoist/DSA Democrats.

And the only "ally" they harass is Taiwan, which they have a pretty legitimate beef with. Even the US recognizes Taiwan as part of China.

Or we look at what really constitutes an enemy. To me, an enemy is someone who has actually attacked us.

The fact is that information uncovered by federal law enforcement agencies is not covered under the FOIA. If they charge, that is one thing. If they do not, then private financial information should not be released. No one is beholden to anyone except Trump who was being assisted by Putin. The Supreme Court refused to get involved in Trump's tax return case. The lawless are Republicans who do not believe that laws apply to them.

Trump gave us oil independence, low inflation, national safety, much more secure borders than we have now (even with the awful congress he had to put up with the second half of his term) and many more successes for the country. He was not a nice person and I don't think much of him, but to say he wasn't a success because the "I want if free" crowd turned him out of office is just idiocy. The country was much better off than what it is now and if you weren't such a narcissistic leftist with blinders on you would be able to admit it. First, we had low inflation, national safety and secure borders before Trump got into office. IN fact, if anything, more people rushed to the border because they thought Trump was going to close it.

As for oil independence.. um, not really. We were still importing oil. We were still exporting oil. There's no such thing as "oil independence" because it's an internationally traded commodity. In fact, US net oil imports had been declining since the Bush years.
