Law enforcement needs to stand down

If the Socialists (AKA Democrats & friends) try to usurp the election with corruption of the electoral college...

...and civil unrest emerges with the public trying to restore the republic...

...technically employment as law enforcement , local and federal, along with military employment would be dissolved.

These people would act as private citizens, and taking orders from an illegitimate "government" would, in itself, be a crime.

I like the OP title. Law enforcement should disband no matter.

We need public defenders. Not thugs of the state, no matter who is in control.
