I wouldn't mind seeing that implemented. I would agree with a change. I think that if the winner doesn't get 50 percent, a coalition government is formed. I'm also for the implementation of a vote of no confidence if a president is performing poorly. But it must be bipartisan with 80 percent of both houses in agreement.

We had a great chance of implementing ranked choice voting in Colorado. A ballot initiative was introduced and polling suggested 60-70% of voters favored it. But the DNC heard about it and went on a tear with negative ads. Republican leadership was also against it. They know it would undermine their power to control who we are "allowed" to vote for.
